Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and acknowledge each customer promptly upon their arrival
  • Demonstrate MINISO’s dedication to customers by fostering connections, attentively listening to their needs, and providing personalized guidance to fulfill their inquiries
  • Meet personal and professional sales objectives through outstanding customer service and advertising ongoing promotions proactively
  • Operate the cash register proficiently to facilitate transactions
  • Maintain sales floor presentations, such as front of house merchandise displays while adhering to visual guidelines
  • Maintaining attentiveness to customers while remaining adaptable to business demands
  • Manage inventory levels for both the sales floor and backroom, ensuring timely replenishment as required
  • Support direct reports (Shift Leads, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, Area Managers) by aiding them with tasks and responsibilities as needed
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Exhibits adeptness as both a team player and an independent worker
  • Exhibits reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift to 30 pounds. Role involves occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • Adhering to business requirements by working non-traditional hours as necessary, including holidays, weekends, etc

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.40 per hour
